1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tr777 platform — including the website at tr777.io, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, sports betting markets, and account management features available therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and tr777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of tr777.

2 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tr777 website, mobile interface, games library, sports betting section, and all associated services accessible via tr777.io.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the Platform for gaming or betting activities.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform scheduling, promotion deadlines, and support availability.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company before processing withdrawals or at any other stage deemed necessary.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by the Company.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use the tr777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. tr777 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders, in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market.
2. You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — registrations made on behalf of another person are not permitted.
3. You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual, per household, and per shared device or IP address is permitted.
4. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
5. You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any subsequent login.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of tr777 or any of its affiliated entities or Game Providers.

tr777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the account registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to any account activity that triggers a review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. tr777 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other online service or website.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, regardless of the circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Contact tr777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility, unless you have notified tr777 in writing of suspected unauthorised access and tr777 has confirmed receipt of that notification. tr777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

tr777 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login and transaction flows and may implement additional authentication measures such as one-time password (OTP) verification when unusual login activity is detected. These security measures are provided as a service to Players and do not transfer responsibility for credential security away from the Player.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the tr777 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tr777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to a Player's Balance in real time or within a short processing window dependent on the payment provider. tr777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel that was used for the original deposit, subject to the same channel being available and active. tr777 requires completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times will be displayed in the Player's Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

Currency and Exchange: All Balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. tr777 does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion required on the Player's side is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.

Transaction Records: Players are responsible for retaining their own records of transactions. tr777 will provide a transaction history within the Account dashboard, but this does not constitute a formal financial statement and should not be relied upon for tax or accounting purposes without independent verification.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tr777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day (December 16). The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

1. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the specific offer terms.
2. Bonus Funds must be wagered within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the applicable time limit will be forfeited without notice.
3. tr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or extend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's existing bonus balance and wagering progress will be honoured unless fraud or abuse is detected.
4. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per shared IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and are subject to the consequences described in Section 8.
5. tr777 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and to void winnings generated from Bonus Funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or violated any term of the relevant promotion.
6. Certain games may not count towards, or may count at a reduced rate towards, the Wagering Requirement for a given bonus. Game contribution rates will be stated in the specific offer terms or in the Platform's bonus terms section.

7 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Each game available on the tr777 Platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as implemented by the relevant Game Provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wager. tr777 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

For sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and other markets offered from time to time — the following additional conditions apply:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket markets).
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• All in-play odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is confirmed only when the Player receives a bet confirmation reference number. tr777 accepts no responsibility for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• tr777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault.

All games on the tr777 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Game outcomes are not influenced by tr777 and are determined solely by the certified RNG systems operated by the respective Game Providers.

8 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr777 Platform. Where any of the following is detected or reasonably suspected, tr777 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Player's Account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks through a payment provider after using deposited funds on the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information, or exploiting promotion mechanics to claim bonuses beyond the permitted entitlement.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, display errors, or incorrect odds to place bets at an artificially advantageous price.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any attempt to fix or influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds derived from any unlawful activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tr777 Platform — including but not limited to the tr777 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and software — is the property of tr777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Game content, including graphics, audio, and interactive elements, is owned by and licensed from the respective Game Providers. Any use of Game Provider content outside of normal gameplay is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tr777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to Platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security as described in Section 4.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Interruptions to live cricket, sports betting, or casino services caused by events outside tr777's reasonable control, including power outages, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by Game Providers regarding game outcomes, where those outcomes are generated by certified RNG systems.

tr777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tr777's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

tr777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment; it should never be considered a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players directly from the Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

tr777 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform. Account data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. 13 Amendments to These Terms

tr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, payment conditions, or bonus terms in a significant way — tr777 will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms come into effect.

For minor amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections to typographical errors, or additions of defined terms), tr777 may update these Terms without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and request closure of your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation. tr777 operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the licensing conditions applicable to that licence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the operation of your Account, or any transaction on the Platform, Players are encouraged to contact tr777 support in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through the support team. tr777 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours of receipt (BST) and providing a full written response within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by tr777's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from tr777 support upon request.
